The building you see to the left is Edmund's Boat Line.  Today, this water front location is the home of Clear Water Harbor - "the Harbor Bar"
Pitt's Tavern was located on the South East corner of E. Miner Drive and Cty Hwy Q in the Town of Dayton.  There is a large yellow home on this lot now.  The ad to the left is from a CD put out by the historical committee, Waupaca Chain O' Lakes Association.  The significance of this Tavern is that it was in the Town of Dayton, which today, has no taverns.
The Clear Water Harbor's Waupaca Chief stern wheeler had never been into Columbia Lake on the Chain O' Lakes. The bridge for Hwy Q, over the Casino channel, normally prevents the Chief from making this trip as the boat is to tall to fit under the bridge.  When the current bridge there was being built, the Chief made one trip to Columbia Lake between the time the old bridge was taken out and the new bridge was built. Notice the yellow crain in the background of this picture.
Prell's Boat Livery was located in Columbia Lake on the Waupaca Chain O' Lakes - see the map to the left
